At Guangzhou Keyuan Metal Products Co., Ltd., we take pride in manufacturing and supplying high-quality kitchen storage solutions. Every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. However, if an issue arises, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle product returns and refunds for our B2B clients.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the confirmed order specifications.
  • The issue must be reported within 7–15 days of receiving the goods.
  • The buyer must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our after-sales department before any goods are shipped back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or OEM-made products produced according to client specifications or designs.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or poor handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our sales or customer service team via email or phone.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, quantity, and proof of defect.
  3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval before shipping.
  4. Return the product to our designated factory address.

Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our production error or shipment damage.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned items, our quality control team will inspect them to confirm the reported issue.

  • If the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as agreed.
  • If the item is found to be in good condition or damaged due to misuse, no refund or replacement will be issued.

5. Refund or Replacement Options

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, credit note, or adjustment in the next bulk order.
  • Replacements will be produced and shipped within the standard lead time (usually 25–50 days, depending on the product type).
  • No cash refunds are available for OEM or customized projects.

6. Shipping Damage Claims

If products are damaged during transport:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Our team will assist in filing a claim with the logistics provider and arrange replacement or compensation as appropriate.

7. International Orders

For overseas clients, please note:

  • Refunds exclude customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by international shipping companies or customs authorities.
