1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after final confirmation of specifications, pricing, and payment terms.
Our standard production lead time ranges between 25–50 days, depending on the product category, order size, and customization requirements.
Clients will be notified once production is completed and goods are ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple international shipping options to meet the needs of our clients, including:

  • Sea Freight – The most common and economical method for large-volume orders.
  • Air Freight – Suitable for urgent or lightweight shipments.
  • Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) – For small sample orders.

Shipping terms are arranged under FOB, CIF, or EXW agreements based on the client’s preference.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Average delivery times are approximately 30 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or global logistics issues.
We will keep clients informed of any significant delays or changes in the estimated delivery schedule.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined based on order weight, volume, destination, and incoterm (FOB/CIF/EXW).
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.

5. Packaging and Handling

All products are packed using export-standard, protective materials to ensure safety during transit.
We use strong cartons, pallets, and protective wrapping to prevent damage.
Each shipment undergoes a final inspection and quality check before dispatch.

6. Tracking and Documentation

Once the goods are shipped, clients will receive all necessary documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)

Tracking numbers and shipment updates will be provided to allow clients to monitor delivery status.

7. Shipping Damage or Loss

If goods are received in a damaged condition or are missing, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
We will assist in filing claims with logistics providers and arrange for a replacement or partial compensation, depending on the situation.

8. International Shipping

We ship globally to markets including the USA, UK, Europe, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Southeast Asia.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import laws and regulations.
We assist with all export documentation to support smooth customs clearance.
